	Debbie Laird Associate Broker 304-574-0249 I began my real estate career with Wise & Yeager in 1981 and remained active through 1987 when I left to pursue other career interests. I have served the citizens of Fayette County as an educator and as the executive director of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce. I returned to Wise & Yeager in 1999 and have since been active with the Fayette/Nicholas Board of Realtors, serving as chair of the education committee and as a representative on the West Virginia Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
	Susan Hess Realtor, GRI 304-237-5859 I am a lifelong resident of West Virginia and have been a Fayette County resident for 20 years. I reside on a farm overlooking the New River Gorge at Beckwith with my husband, Alan, and with my daughter, Amy and son, Alan, Jr. When not listing or selling real estate, I enjoy spending time on our farm, along with gardening and playing with my three Labrador retrievers. My family has a Catamaran Sailboat in the Florida Keys, which we enjoy very much. I also love to cruise with family, fellow Realtors and friends. I entered the real estate profession in 1991, and have been a full-time Realtor since that time. 	Janet Proctor Realtor, GRI 304-673-2644 One might say that the Real Estate business is ?in my blood?. I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio where my mother was a Realtor for 25 years with one of the largest firms in the city and my stepfather is still actively working as an Appraiser/Broker and is a Realtor Emeritus of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. Two stepbrothers and a sister-in-law also are in the business. I moved to West Virginia from Cincinnati, Ohio in 1980 and worked with my husband, Jeff Proctor, in his whitewater rafting business until 1995 when I ?retired? to raise our two sons, Carter and Cullen. I successfully completed Woodbadge training, a nationally recognized leadership and teambuilding course developed and taught by Boy Scouts of America. I have also been involved with the WV Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer foundation and was honored in 2000 by the Foundation for my efforts in establishing the first ?Raft for the Cure? event. Raft for the Cure continues to grow in its success and has generated over $7000 each year for the WV Affiliate. My hobbies include hiking, camping, backpacking, running, cooking (especially pastries) knitting and reading. I am excited to be a part of the Jim Lively Century 21 team and will work with the same diligence given my previous endeavors to help you sell your existing property or locate and purchase a new property.
